Payment Information

We accept payments via cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, bank draft, pay-by-phone (888-479-1933), and online payments using a credit or debit card. You can drop your payment off during regular business hours at our office location using our convenient drive thru window. Or, use the night drop-box (located on the East side of the building) after hours. You can also mail your payment to:

Please include your payment stub with your payment. Please do not send cash in the mail. If you use an online bill-pay service, please include your account number with your payment.

If you would like to set up a bank draft, please print and complete the form, and bring it by our office. All customers drafts are drafted on the 5th day of each month unless the 5th falls on a weekend, then it will be drafted on the following Monday.

Online Payments
STWSC uses a 3rd party billing agent to receive online payments. You must know your account number to register an online account.  The online payment fee structure can be found here.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.

All water bills are mailed out on or before the 25th day of each month and are due by the 10th of the following month.
